  1. Products, Brands, Services, Companies and Operating Systems to BOYCOTT
  2.
  3.
  4. Best Buy stores: Best Buy no longer sells CDs or DVDs and have gone from a store that once promoted ownership of physical media to digital subscription for everything. Their computer service repair center has been caught red-handed years ago handing over private personal information stored on computers in repair to the FBI. This company is NOT consumer friendly and cannot be trusted.
  5.
  6. Amazon: Amazon is trying to monopolize and crush the free market. They have openly come out lobbying for, and endorsing, mandatory age verification and digital IDs to use online services (a clear blatant threat to online security and privacy). They also steal massive amounts of user data and store it in their AWS clouds which are routinely hacked, with tons of private user data already available on the dark web and online hacker forums. Update: Amazon is now remotely disabling Kindle products you bought from them years ago, forcing planned obsolescence and highway robbery.
  7.
  8. Spotify: I have a small history with this shit service. Circa 2020. When I installed their software on my computer to stream music they would always block my account after a week of use. I reached out to them to ask why that is. They responded back via a disposable email I had set up, “Sorry but we don’t allow users to use VPNs or encrypted proxy connections. If you want to continue using our service you have to disable your VPN or other privacy settings.” Of-course I told them to “pound sand” and immediately uninstalled their program. P2P and Bit Torrent is where I’ll reside, fuck Spotify!!!
  9.
  10. Discord: Discord was once a great alternative semi-private hangout. Those days are LONG GONE. Discord, to the dismay of many users, openly supported and are in the process of adopting mandatory age verification with facial recognition scans to use their shitty service. They even slandered their own user base, telling them to fuck off if they don’t like it. Many users left. Forever boycotted.
  11.
  12. Netflix: Netflix was once a great company that is no more. The service cut off DVD rentals and has drastically reduced their digital content and collection over the years. Streaming companies like Netflix is now simply a waste of money.
  13.
  14. Roku: Roku was once an awesome company, they promoted themselves as an alternative to Big Tech… until they became a part of the Big Tech gang themselves. Roku is now moving from private ownership to subscription based only, ending user privacy and potentially making way for monthly fees just to use their shit. Update: Roku just made all their new TVs internet compliant.
  15.
  16. Post-2025 HP laptops and PCs: All new HP computers and laptops will become subscription-based only, where you have to rent their hardware via monthly subscription and thus voiding the freedom of physical ownership and user privacy. Forever boycotted.
  17.
  18. Vizio brands: All modern Vizio brands, including their smart TVs, are about to become subscription-based only, where you have to rent their hardware via monthly subscription and thus voiding the freedom of physical ownership and user privacy. Forever boycotted.
  19.
  20. Bosch appliances: All modern Bosch appliances contain WiFi cards and are becoming digitized to push users into using smartphones to use their products. This is unacceptable, a massive inconvenience to users and a violation of user privacy and consumer choice.
  21.
  22. John Deer utilities: This company was once a foundation of free market capitalism across rural America. No more. All their products are designed to prevent users repairing or maintaining the utilities they buy, having to pay enormous amounts of money for the company to fix and maintain for them. This goes against the traditional American contract that you own what you buy.
  23.
  24. Post 2020 Modern Vehicles: Starting in 2025 all modern vehicles have government mandated spyware and “kill switches” built-in by law, passed by Congress and signed into law years ago. Invasive breathalyzers, cameras and microphones are being included in these vehicles so police can remotely intervene with targeted drivers. If you look what has happened to Communist Cuba where everyone is forced to drive and maintain their older vehicles, these kinds of senseless draconian laws will lead to such insane outcomes here too.
  25.
  26. Digital Coffee Makers: While I do not yet have a clear list of coffee maker brands engaging in anti-consumer choice violations there are reports many new modern coffee maker brands, like Bosch products, will be requiring smartphones to brew some coffee.  A massive inconvenience to users and a violation of user privacy.
  27.
  28. Microsoft Windows 8 or newer: While I do make one exception for my email laptop, gifted to me, there will absolutely be no other use for modern Windows operating systems for enormous reasons. Modern Windows operating systems are bloated with default spyware, keyloggers, third party telemetry and worse. They capture screenshots of your operating system and store them in the cloud WITHOUT user permission. They require email accounts just to install their heavily compromised and surveilled OS. I detest this. For now, grudgingly, I use modern Windows for email only, although if Microslop ever gives me any headaches I will consider switching to Linux for my personal email.
  29.
  30. Modern Apple Products: New apple products will come with mandatory age verification and digital ID requirements in order to use their services and apps.
  31.
  32. Linux with Age Verification: The Linux community is deeply divided over digital ID and age verification laws. Many modern and popular Linux operating systems are considering adopting age verification after being pressured by various anti-consumer/ anti-free market state laws passed throughout the USSA. Many other Linux operating systems have stated they will absolutely refuse to incorporate these invasive anti-privacy policies. The following list of Linux who have announced compliance will be boycotted: Ubuntu, CachyOS, Pop! OS, Fedora, Elementary OS, MidnightBSD, Manjaro and Arch Linux (?).
  33.
  34. Any smart utilities that require the internet to function: In 2022, the company Insteon went bankrupt. When Insteon shut down their online servers tens of thousands of users could no longer run their smart utilities and found they were bricked: from smart thermostats to digital door locks. This is what can happen if you buy products where functionality depends on having internet and online services.
  35.
  36. Online honeypots: Meta, Reddit, 4chan, Discord, Spotify, Facebook, Twitter X, Instagram, Snapchat, Tik Tok, Gmail and Telegram.
  37.
  38.
  39. MY CONCLUSION: There is a massive war being waged by governments, politicians and major corporations to destroy free market capitalism, consumer choice and private ownership of the products you buy from them, and by doing so, voiding user privacy and simple convenience we all took for granted in American history. Any brand, product, service, operating system or company that violates our traditional and ethical values of private property ownership, consumer choice and user freedom will remain boycotted indefinitely. If we buy something, we expect to have full ownership of it, and use it however we please, as is the case in any true civilized free market society.
